Danphe Esports is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and passionate Esports Team Manager to take our organization to the next level! If you have a deep understanding of Esports and the business side of gaming, this is your chance to be part of a growing industry.

Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations of the team and organization
✅ Manage social media accounts, content, and engagement strategies
✅ Handle sponsorship acquisition and partnerships
✅ Coordinate tournaments, scrims, and player schedules
✅ Build relationships with brands, sponsors, and Esports organizations
✅ Ensure smooth team communication and internal management
✅ Represent Danphe Esports professionally in the industry

Requirements:
🎮 Strong passion and knowledge of Esports
📌 Experience in management, marketing, or Esports (preferred)
💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
📱 Social media expertise (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
🤝 Ability to secure sponsorships and brand deals
📍 Based in Nepal or familiar with the Nepali Esports scene

Work Type:
🏢 Hybrid Role: This position can be remote or office-based, depending on availability and work requirements.
