The session introduced participants to simple yet powerful yogic practices designed by Sadhguru to support mental clarity, physical wellbeing, and inner balance.

Nepal’s rising MMA star Koshish Shrestha of the Rage Fight Team delivered a spectacular performance at the India Fight League, securing a stunning knockout victory in just 19 seconds. Living up to his reputation as “The Unstoppable,” Koshish showcased world-class skill and determination, making both Nepal and IFL Delhi proud.

Nepali MMA Fighter Koshish Shrestha to Compete in India's International Fight League

Kathmandu: Nepali MMA athlete and member of the Rage Fight Team Koshish Shrestha will represent the IFL Delhi Team in the International Fight League (IFL), India's franchise-based mixed martial arts competition modeled on the successful formats of the IPL, Indian Super League, and Pro Kabaddi League.
Shrestha, who holds a 1-0 professional MMA record, is set to face Prachand Jamilya, an accomplished fighter with a 14-4 amateur record, in a key matchup between the Delhi and Mumbai franchises.
Organized by APFC India, the IFL is rapidly gaining prominence in the region and has become one of the first Indian MMA promotions to have its events streamed globally on UFC Fight Pass, providing fighters with international visibility. The league is scheduled to host six events in 2026, further strengthening its position in the South Asian combat sports landscape.
Koshish's participation marks another milestone for Nepali mixed martial arts, highlighting the growing presence of Nepali fighters in professional international competitions and offering an opportunity to showcase Nepal's emerging MMA talent on a global platform.
