A Hidden Gem for Real White Water Adventure
Experience one of Nepal’s most authentic and less-crowded rafting journeys on the Budhi Gandaki River. Just a scenic 3 to 4 hour drive from Kathmandu takes you to Arughat, the starting point of this incredible adventure.
Upon arrival at Arughat, you will have time to change and enjoy a delicious local lunch featuring traditional dishes (Dal Bhat with local fish curry). After lunch, our professional river guides will provide a comprehensive safety briefing before starting the rafting journey.
Begin your thrilling descent down the Budhi Gandaki River, navigating exciting rapids surrounded by untouched natural beauty. The first day concludes at Aankhu Dovan, where you will enjoy an overnight riverside tented camp. Relax under the stars with a campfire, BBQ dinner, and a peaceful riverside atmosphere.
Day 2:
Start your morning with a visit to the sacred Narsingdham Gurukul. After the visit, return to camp for breakfast before continuing your rafting journey downstream towards Charaudi. Enjoy a riverside lunch along the way before concluding the trip and departing for your onward destination.
