For almost 3 years, we’ve had the privilege of building a place where everyone can come as they are, learn, grow and be part of something bigger.

Our students range from our youngest kids at just 5 years old to adults approaching 70 — and everything in between.

Our community is diverse in so many ways: age, gender, religion, political views, body shape, experience, abilities, disabilities and even chronic health conditions. And that’s exactly how we want it. ❤️

Our mission is simple: to help you keep going, regardless of where you’re starting from or what challenges you may face. 💪

Jiu-Jitsu is not about being the strongest, fastest or most athletic person in the room. It’s about showing up, learning something new, challenging yourself and supporting the people around you. Welcome to our academy! 🥋

We’re open all summer, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 18.00-19.30 with either Renato or Fabio running the classes. 🥋

👉 Sunday’s will be closed in July and first week of August (back on schedule 9th of August).
