Which part of you feels threatened by the conversation you keep postponing?
Many leaders know exactly what they need to say.
They have the vocabulary.
They understand the feedback model.
They may even have rehearsed the opening sentence.
And still, the conversation does not happen.
Because the risk rarely feels purely operational.
It may threaten the identity of being the supportive leader.
The status of being respected.
Or the belonging that comes with being liked.
That is where communication training reaches its limits.
Courageous conversations begin when we stop asking only:
“What should I say?”
And become willing to examine:
“What am I trying to protect by remaining silent?”
Which conversation has become heavier through postponement?

❓ Who told you that a career break makes you less valuable?
✨ What if going back to work isn’t “starting over”… but carrying forward everything you already are?
So many women feel stuck: years at home, worried about language, doubting their confidence. I learned : Confidence doesn’t come first — it grows because you act.
Your years away weren’t a gap. They built resilience, leadership, and strength. The real shift is not in your CV — it’s in your mindset.
👉 If you’re standing at such a crossroads and want clarity and courage for your next step, let’s talk. Message me to explore how coaching can support your transition.

Lets start simple: You are not a problem that needs to be ‘fixed’.
As a high-achieving, go-getter woman, it’s so easy to fall into a trap of self-doubt and negative thinking, especially in times of transition. As you adopt new roles in your career and in your life (mom, wife, caregiver…), the path ahead of you can seem a little unclear.
Feeling lost? Like you’re not hitting all the milestones you’d hoped to? Like you’ve lost your own self-identity? Like self-doubt is sabotaging your potential? Yeah. You’re not alone.
This isn’t a ‘problem’ it’s an opportunity to reassess and readjust.

Hannah, how did you cope with all the transitions in your life?
. a client recently asked in a chemistry session. What was your personal approach?
And yes, I experienced a couple of (internal) challenges in my life, big and small, most of them in times of personal change and I am happy to share it with you:
I experienced
✔️ Going to boarding school as a kid
✔️ Studying abroad
✔️ Becoming a first mother and a first working mother
✔️ Becoming a mother of a second and third child in different countries
✔️ Moving internationally several times
✔️ Learning and studying for a new career and shifting career
✔️ Becoming self—employed and starting my own business
.and much more!
Not all of my transitions led to a transformation,
but all of them contained the same ingredients:
👉I experienced a shift in my identity,
👉 a change in my available support network,
👉 a challenge to my flexibility and mindset
👉 a struggle to cope with loss of network and social contacts.
BUT:
Whenever I had
🍀 A clear purpose
🍀 A goal
🍀 A support network
These where the transitions which went most smoothly and I felt, I was able to adapt faster and it was more transformative over all.
Saying goodbye to old stages of my life was also key of embracing the new one.
Transitioning can be overwhelming. I hear you!!
So if you
👉find it hard to set goals
👉define your why and find purpose
👉feeling lonely and having hard times to keep up a positive mindset
Reach out and lets discuss, how I am able to support you!

Are you a Perfectionist?
Do you strive for perfection, only to find it holding you back?
Recently, I supported a client to realize her perfectionism, empowering her to embrace imperfection and achieve her goals with more confidence and less selfdoubts.
I am thrilled to receive this long and meaningful testimonial today, : 🙌
" Hannah is a great listener and has an amazing ability to pick up on the real underling issues which even I wasn't aware that were underpinning all the other frustrations I had and she helped me reframe them. This allowed me to realize and reflect on some thoughts and behaviours I had that were blocking me. The biggest breakthrough was when Hannah helped me realise that by nature, I was a perfectionist, and I gave 100% of my effort 100% of the time. And naturally since it is unrealistic to be perfect all the time when I was failing I was being hard on myself. Hannah helped me understand that is OK to take time to breathe between tasks and to prioritise the tasks that need all my attention and be OK with my best effort I can realistically give to the rest of the tasks. I accepted that my best effort is enough even though not everything can be perfect. This change in thinking allowed me to pace myself which dramatically reduced the stress and pressure and anxiety in my head and made me a lot happier. Thank you Hannah"

🌟 Overcoming Impostor Syndrome: A Coach's Perspective
Impostor Syndrome is a formidable adversary that often lurks in the shadows of our minds, especially during life transitions. As a coach dedicated to women in transition, mothers, and those navigating new chapters, I've witnessed how this self-doubt demon can rear its head at the most pivotal moments.
It's a common companion for those embracing motherhood, embarking on new career paths, or adjusting to life in a new place. The relentless inner chatter that makes you question your worth, your skills, and your right to be where you are can be paralyzing and might pop up again in and during a life change
But here's a first tip to conquering the so called Impostor Syndrome: Recognize that you are not alone. 💪
Acknowledging it is the first step to dismantling its power. It's not a sign of incompetence; it's a sign of growth. Every successful individual has grappled with it, from new mothers to seasoned professionals starting fresh.
Impostor Syndrome feeds on silence, so let's break that cycle. Seek out a coach, a mentor, or a support system to help you navigate these moments of self-doubt. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for assistance; it's a sign of strength. Coaching can provide you with tools and strategies to combat those nagging feelings of inadequacy and build the confidence you deserve.
Remember, you are not an impostor. You are a remarkable woman in transition, a dedicated mother, or an intrepid newcomer making your way. Embrace your journey, and don't let self-doubt hold you back. 💫
Have you encountered Impostor Syndrome during your life transitions? Share your experiences and let's continue this conversation. Together, we can empower one another to overcome it and thrive.
