In 1998, Simon entered the world of capoeira. What began as a fascination grew into a lifelong passion that led him to the roots of the art form in Brazil. He trained with various masters throughout Brazil, deepening his knowledge and experience. Since 2000, he has been sharing this knowledge and energy with a wide range of groups and ages, from young children to people living with Parkinson’s disease. For Simon, capoeira is a way to connect people — both with each other and with their own bodies.
