We are facilitators or even better call us, co-operation specialists. Mind you, we are not trainers, not coaches, not consultants and even not interim-managers.

Though we do all of this, our focus is on well organised and smoothly ran sessions - often with large groups (up to 250+), tightly managed collaboration processes and a meaningful learning experience for participants (sometimes resulting in a steep learning-curve).
