VHF Channel changes - the Royal Yachting Association is keen to receive information about Coastguard weather and safety broadcasts.

This week it's a North Sea cruise; Hull, IJmuden, Amsterdam, IJsselmeer and returning to Hull on Saturday 22nd July.
Amsterdam afloat with canals and bicycles, attractive IJsselmeer villages and marinas. Relaxed and friendly cruising grounds.
The North Sea passage takes about 38 hours so good opportunity for night time navigation. Constant lookout for ships, wind farms, oil and gas installations. And making sure everyone eats, sleeps, keeps warm and comfortable.
In August, day and weekend sailing trips from Conwy plus RYA Day Skipper/Competent Crew Course in conjunction with Boom Sailing at the end of August. Two places still available! See www.boomsailing.co.uk for more information.

Recent tasks include a trip up the mast and sorting all the spare lines and kit. And to crown it all, a delightful cruise round GT Orme Head in warm sunny weather on Friday 26th May followed by Friday Fizz at Conwy Marina.
