Barre Concept Nederland

Lieve Barre dames,

Het is alweer een hele tijd geleden dat ik hier iets van me heb laten horen 😊 Inmiddels geef ik nog steeds met heel veel plezier Barre-lessen bij Studio44 in Haarlem.

De afgelopen maanden ben ik daarnaast druk bezig geweest met iets nieuws: MenoMovements! Een nieuwe manier van bewegen, speciaal ontwikkeld voor het veranderende lichaam en behoeften van vrouwen in de peri- en postmenopauze.

Nadat ik zelf heb ervaren hoeveel deze fase met je lichaam kan doen, ben ik me steeds meer gaan verdiepen in de rol die bewegen hierin kan spelen. En dat heeft me geïnspireerd om een methode te ontwikkelen waarmee ik zoveel mogelijk vrouwen in deze levensfase wil helpen om sterk, energiek en goed in hun lichaam te blijven voelen.

Het lijkt me ontzettend leuk als jullie me willen volgen op deze nieuwe journey! ❤️ En misschien zit je zelf inmiddels wel midden in deze fase… en ruilen we op een dag de Barre in voor krachttraining 😉💪

Oke one more..

A little bit more then one week to go..🙏🏽🥰! We can’t wait to meet or second girl. I hope everybody is healthy and doing well. Be back teaching barre probably in September💪🏼.

The last barre week..😕 mixed feelings, but mostly trying to enjoy every second. 7 more barre classes. Tomorrow night 20:00 @ de van Ostadestraat, I (Amber) will teach the last class there, to finish where I started. Hopefully see some familiar faces and say goodbye to clients who where with us from the start.. have a lovely week..

3 more weeks before BarreConcept Nederland will teach the last barre classes. This is our core barre team through out the years. Without these lovely, talented, loyal ladies BarreConcept Nederland wouldn’t be the same. With a special thanks to my dear friend and awesome teacher .mos, who always standing by my side🙏🏽❤️. First; from me and our barre team a Happy, healthy and conscious 2020! One full month of barre classes until the end of January. Tonight 4 barre classes, at 3 different studios taught by 3 lovely teachers:) We are exited and full of energy to rock this last month and we hope you are to:) See you soon at the barre..

The word is out:
BarreConcept Nederland will stop at the end of January 2020. After 5 successful and inspiring years our barre team decided to go separate ways. A bit said but also proud what we accomplished and ready to start en new journey. The first barre teacher in Amsterdam, growing fast after the media was informed that there was a new workout called Barre, building this company, teaching trainers to teach barre. We did it with a lot of passion and love. Most of all I want to thank the clients who believed in us and where so loyal. We loved having you at the barre to spread our passion, knowledge and love..

The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer, the end of the summer is coming..From next week our full barre schedule will start again. Check at www.barreconceptnederland.nl, for our new schedule and book your class. Enjoy this week..
