Thinking when they let him leave with such an awful amount when world of football has changed completely?

I honestly don’t know what Chelsea were thinking when they let Andrey Santos leave for £50m. From what I’ve seen already, they may have seriously underestimated his potential.

Even in preseason, Santos looks like a midfielder who belongs at the highest level. His confidence, composure and quality in midfield really stand out to me.

And the crazy thing is, I don’t think Manchester United have seen his best yet. He’s still developing, and that’s what excites me most. I’m more interested in what he could become over the next few years than what he’s doing right now.

Manchester United have a serious player on their hands. If Santos continues developing like this, we could look back at this deal as a brilliant piece of business.
