🍽️ My Dinner: Proof Diet Food Isn’t Boring 😂

Forget sad salads, this is how we eat well AND lose weight!

Who says you need a gym to stay active? 😏

This is what sustainable progress actually looks like 🥹

November 2022 → July 2026. Same dress. 4 years, two CS babies later, and it still fits exactly how it did back then.

I didn’t starve myself, I didn’t cut out foods I love, and I definitely didn’t stress over every single calorie. I just learned how to nourish my body, stay consistent, and prioritize maintenance over quick fixes.

I tried this for the FIRST time today as salad, and it was amazing.

I’d heard how great chickpeas are in salads, but never made them like this until tonight.
