As a leader, don’t get frustrated when your team keeps asking the same questions.
See it as feedback. It usually means one thing: They’re confused.
And when people aren’t clear, they hesitate.
They wait for the “perfect” time instead of taking action.
Many leaders mistake this for laziness or a lack of commitment.
But more often than not, it’s a clarity problem.
If your team keeps asking:
“What should I say?”
“When should I follow up?”
“How do I invite people?”
Don’t just answer the question. Help them understand the process.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your team isn’t more motivation, it’s more clarity.
When people know exactly what to do, they’re far more likely to do it.
Think about your own team. Are they asking questions because they’re curious, or because they’re confused?

Whenever someone tells me, "Coach, I'm struggling with consistency,"
I usually ask another question. "What are you waiting to feel before you take action?"
Most people pause. Then they realise it.
They're waiting to feel motivated. They're waiting to feel inspired. They're waiting for the perfect mood.
The people who stay consistent aren't always more disciplined. They've simply stopped negotiating with themselves.
They don't wake up every morning asking, "Do I feel like prospecting today?"
They've already decided that's what they do.
Think about brushing your teeth. You don't debate it every morning. It's become part of who you are.
Your business should have the same non-negotiables.
The more you treat these activities like habits instead of options, the easier consistency becomes.

As a leader, your team is always watching.
If you expect your team to be consistent, are you consistent?
If you expect them to follow up with prospects, do you?
If you expect them to invest in learning, are you doing the same?
If you expect them to show up with excellence, what standard are you demonstrating?
Leadership isn’t about telling people what to do.
It’s about showing them what’s possible through your own actions.
Your team will rarely rise above the standards you consistently demonstrate because people don’t duplicate instructions—they duplicate behavior.
So before asking, “Why isn’t my team doing more?”
Ask yourself,
“Am I modeling the habits I want to see?”
What’s one standard you’re committed to modeling this week?

A real leader isn’t measured by how many people follow them.
They’re measured by how many leaders they help develop.
If your team needs you for everything, you’ve built followers.
If your team can confidently lead, teach, and duplicate without you, you’ve built leaders.
Don’t just grow your team, grow people who can grow others💜
I don't think rejection is what scares most network marketers.
I think it's what they make rejection mean.
Can I ask you an honest question?
If I landed on your profile today, would I immediately know what you do?
Or would I leave more confused than when I arrived?
Before people reply to your message, before they ask about your business, before they decide whether to trust you…
They check your profile.
And in a few seconds, they’re asking themselves:
“Does this person look credible?”
“Do they genuinely add value?”
“Is this someone I’d want to learn from?”
Your profile is having conversations for you even when you’re offline.
If it’s filled with random posts, no clear message, and nothing that reflects who you are or the value you bring, don’t be surprised when prospects lose interest.
So before sending another DM today…
Take a look at your profile through your prospect’s eyes.
Would you follow you?

One of the biggest myths in network marketing is that you need a huge audience to be successful.
You don’t need 50,000 followers.
You don’t need to go viral.
You don’t need thousands of likes on every post.
What you need is trust.
I’ve seen people with a few hundred followers build thriving businesses because they consistently showed up, built genuine relationships, and had meaningful conversations.
I’ve also seen people with thousands of followers struggle to make a single sale.
Follower count doesn’t build a business. Connection does.
One conversation can lead to a customer.
One customer can become a leader.
One leader can build a team.
Never underestimate the power of a small audience that trusts you.
So stop worrying about the numbers.
Focus on serving the people already paying attention to you.
That’s how sustainable businesses are built.
What’s one thing you’ll focus on this week instead of your follower count?

One of the biggest shifts in my business happened when I stopped asking, "How do I sell this?"
Then, I started asking, "What problem does this solve?"
Think about it.
People don't wake up wanting vitamins. They want better health.
They don't wake up wanting a compensation plan. They want more income.
They don't join because they're excited about a product catalogue. They join because they're looking for hope.
A solution.
A different future.
That's why your conversations matter so much.
Before you recommend anything...
Understand the person.
Ask questions.
Listen carefully.
Find out what's keeping them awake at night.
Then show them how your product or opportunity can genuinely help.
