Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Front Desk Attendant at Rare Concept Fitness Gym and Physio located in Abuja. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries and appointments, handling payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
