There’s a major shift happening behind the scenes at our football academy. The owner, H.E Amb. Chief Abuchi C. Attah, who is also the CEO of ABU Mmaduaburochukwu Foundation, has consistently push the dreams of our footballing young lads and also meeting with right individuals who understands the heart of football and are known for molding champions.

ABU FOOTBALL ACADEMY: The journey from infantry to successful future stars

ABU Football Academy has a firm tap roots embedded on teaching the basic football skills and the rich values of the game to the tender age bracket of 11 to 19 year-olds.

Football, like ordinary life is equated to an expedition traversed from one point to another.

The grueling football journey has a couple of stages boldly covered over the years.

From talent identification (scouting), coaching, grooming (nurturing) to real competitive matches, a footballer undergoes several hurdles to a typical professional material.

Awka based ABU Football Academy is one of the many football schools and academies established with the sole purpose of preaching and achieving all the aforementioned agenda.

The CEO and owner of the Academy, H.E Amb. Abuchi Christopher Attah, is passionate about grooming young talents and seeing them excel.

He was at Awka Township Stadium recently to watch the boys play. He was joined by the BOT Chairman of ABU Mmaduaburochukwu Foundation, CSP Leelea C Vena.
