The reality is that United got the past rebuild wrong and in many ways, the rebuild has only just started.

The biggest issue isn’t even the money. It’s the lack of a clear, coherent plan.

The club’s structure has been broken for years, and too often it feels like we’re signing players simply because they’re available rather than because they genuinely fit the long-term project.

We need a proper recruitment strategy, the right profiles and a clear plan.
