NSCDC FC have taken an early 1–0 lead against APO Fitness in their ongoing tournament at the National Stadium, Abuja.

The team, under the leadership of Coach Abdulrasheed Yunusa, has started the game with great intensity, determination, and strong attacking intent as they look to secure a positive result.

The match was also graced by the presence of Dr. Yunusa Saidu and other senior officials and staff members of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), who came out to show their support and encouragement to the team.

Their presence has provided an additional boost to the players as NSCDC FC continue their fight for victory.

The management of NSCDC FC Abuja is pleased to announce the official resumption of training activities ahead of the 2026/2027 football season.

The team will resume training on Monday, 3rd August 2026, under the leadership of Head Coach Abdulrasheed Yunusa and the club's management team as preparations begin for a successful and competitive campaign.

All players are expected to report promptly and fully committed as the technical crew embarks on building a strong, disciplined, and united squad capable of achieving the club's objectives for the new season.

The management remains dedicated to providing the necessary support to ensure a productive preseason and wishes all players and officials a successful training program.

Together, we move forward with determination, hard work, and the ambition to achieve greater success in the upcoming season.
