There are some lessons life doesn't teach you through books.

It teaches you through closed doors.

Through unanswered prayers.

Through opportunities that slipped through your fingers.

Through people who didn't choose you.

For a long time, I believed that if I did everything right, life would eventually give me the outcome I wanted.

I now know better.

Not because effort doesn't matter.

But because effort was never a contract.

Like they say, man proposes, but Allah disposes.

Long before I became a coach, I was the girl who was certain she would study Pharmacy.

Then life changed.

Because of my parents' decision, I had to leave the science class and move to social sciences. I still remember carrying my desk across the classroom.

It wasn't just furniture I was moving.

To me, it felt like I was carrying away the future I had carefully imagined.

I couldn't understand it then. I questioned it and mourned it.

Today, I smile, because Allah wasn't denying me a future, He was redirecting me to the one He had written long before I made my own plans.

No, I didn't become a pharmacist.

Instead, I now walk with women through seasons of reinvention, helping them rebuild their identity, elevate their performance, and step boldly into the purpose Allah has prepared for them.

Sometimes the dream that dies isn't a punishment.

Sometimes it's God making room for the assignment you were actually created to fulfill.
