You can love God deeply and still have wounds that need tending.
Sometimes healing is simply learning that what happened to you is no longer happening to you.
Be patient with yourself.
Your body is learning what your faith has been telling you:
You are safe. You are loved. You are not alone.

Some people don’t struggle to believe the Gospel because they doubt God.
They struggle because their nervous system has spent years expecting danger, rejection, or punishment.
Grace can feel unfamiliar before it feels freeing.
Healing is often learning to receive what God has already given. ❤️

God sees beyond your coping mechanisms.
He doesn’t confuse your survival strategies with your identity. He sees the person beneath the pain and patiently invites you into healing.
You are deeply known, deeply loved, and safe with Him.
