Nexus Racing Nexus Racing is the motorsports team run by ALTernate Performance S/B under its title sponsor Nexus Megacarriers.
Based in Malaysia, the team was founded in 2006 with entry into the JPM Integra Typre R Cup driven by Team Principal, Adrian D'Silva. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, the team contested in full seasons of the Asian Touring Car Championship in Group N and S2000 guises, with races held in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. 2008 also marked Nexus racings first entry into the Macau CTM Cup in historic Guia. 2010, Nexus Racing progressed to GT racing with its Aston Martin N24 entry into GT4 Asia, The season opener at Sepang saw Nexus Racing climb the top step of the podium with Adrian D'Silva and Dilantha Malagamuwa behind the wheel. Races were also held in Autopolis and Fuji Speedway, Japan
That year, Nexus also entered the Windsor Arch Macau GT with the Aston Martin upgraded to a 4.7L GT4 Spec powertrain.
2011 saw the fruition of several Nexus Racing milestones. Partnerships were formed with IT giant, Privasia as well as luxury watch company and Aston Martin official partner, Jaeger LeCoulture, the team were champions in the Sports Production Class 2011 Malaysian Merdeka Endurance Race or the Sepang 12 Hour; dominating the race from the start and beating the next runner up by 20 laps or 1 hour at the end of the race with Adrian D'Silva, Ian Ross Geekie and Fahrizal Hasan behind the wheel. The team also had its first entry into the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia. The Porsche GT3 Cup proved to be the natural progression of the team.
