APPLICATION
Substrate Preparation:
Concrete surface must be clean and laitance free. On flat concrete roof: ensure the surface has been provided with proper fall to prevent permant ponding water. Remove all loose particle and unsound materials by chiseling and surface must be sufficiently hard and not affected by rising damp.

Any cracks or holes must be repaired prior to application of ELASTOLIUQUID
APPLICATION
A first primer coat is applied by diluting ELASTOLIQUID with 30% of clean water by volume. ELASTOLIQUID is apply in two coats leaving the previous coat at least 24 hours curing interval prior to the next coating. The recommended application rate and coverage for each coat is 1 kg /m2. INSTRUCTIONS
Avoid adding water to the mix, except for dilution used as a primer coat. Do not apply when rain is imminent
