To be a confident speaker all you need to do is …..
Kajan The Confidence Macha
Helping you build confidence, master communication, and unlock the power of your voice—on stage and beyond.
“What makes you stand out as a trainer?”
Someone asked me that recently.
To be honest, I am still figuring it out.
There are trainers with more experience, bigger stages, and incredible stories to tell.
But if there is one thing I hope people remember about my sessions, it is this.
I make learning feel safe.
A place where questions are welcomed.
A place where mistakes are part of the process.
A place where confidence can grow.
I do not chase perfect workshops.
I chase useful ones.
Because the best compliment is never, “That was a great session.”
It is, “Kajan, I finally used what you taught me.”
That is why I do what I do.
Still learning.
Still improving.
Still showing up.
Just hoping that every person who walks into my training leaves a little more confident than when they came in.
The next time someone ask you for a feedback try this
Public speaking is just like driving
When you make a mistake just reroute and get back on track
Effective communication = Commitment + Behaviour
Comment down below other problems you’ve experienced at your work place. 👇
POV: when you hire me as a trainer/speaker
I broke a rostrum during my first speech because my hands were shaking so much.
Today, I coach people to speak with confidence.
Tiny steps macha. Tiny steps. 💪🎤
A great speech isn’t just about what you say — it’s about the stories you tell.
Malaysians are picky about their Nasi Lemak, but they forget that ONE very important thing.
Macha, what if I tell you have a clarity problem and not a confidence problem
Yes, I know I have to explain,
Let me give you an example: when someone asks you to speak about your passion. Have you noticed how :
— Steady, you are
—How your thoughts flow so well
—You feel that confident rush
Now, someone throw a random question at you
and your brain goesss “Loading…”
What’s happening here?
The missing piece is clarity.
You cannot articulate something you dont know
So stop the endless search for confidence.
Instead, focus on building your clarity.
Ask yourself:
→ What am I actually trying to say?
→ What is my main point?
→ How can I express this simply?
When you break it down, clarity comes first.
