My Fight-or-Flight response has been working overtime these past few days.

Baseline fitness with sustainable threshold efforts (>160 bpm) for few hours, with spikes above 190 bpm during hard climbs.

The body wants relief, but the mind keeps pushing.For BH8, that's exactly where I want to be.

Overall, good experience as I'm lazy to switch back & forth China to Asia/Europe map and 5x cheaper than my 1040 garmin solar.

This bikes hold speed well in High Speed Peloton.Thanks to its new redesign frame and combination of 60/50mm roval.

No sign of flex but i didnt put any crazy wattage yet.A little bit rigid to road buzz due to super rigid darimo 0 offset seatpost.
