Yesterday, I brought the client for a viewing.

Today, after just one phone call, the client decided to rent the house.

This afternoon, we met at the property again. The tenant completed the rental payment, and I was able to prepare the documents right there on the spot.

So there I was, sitting inside the house with my laptop, taking the tenant’s IC details and preparing the documents.

The best part?
Our company system allows us to send the documents directly to the client for E-Signing. ✍️

Everything was completed smoothly, and I could hand over the keys directly to the tenant. 🔑

No need to rush back to the office.
A lot of things can be done right there at the property.

This is why I always remind my new agents:

Once you receive a listing, make sure you expose it.
Advertise it. Promote it. Get it seen!

🏢 Rented Successfully | KK Times Square Office

Another successful rental deal completed! ✅

This office unit had several groups of interested tenants viewing the place. Some even came back for a second viewing.

After several discussions and rental negotiations, we finally found the right tenant and both parties agreed on the terms.

Once the rental was confirmed, the tenant immediately paid the deposit and arranged to complete the payment and collect the keys the next day.

I immediately prepared the tenancy agreement to avoid any delay.

Thankfully, the landlord who is based in West Malaysia was very supportive and cooperative. The agreement was reviewed and completed through e-signing promptly.

After receiving the signed agreement, I arranged the meeting with the tenant for signing and successfully completed the key handover.

⏰ Within 24 hours, everything was completed smoothly.
