Tired of loosing my wallet during a ride and sometimes alighting from the car. Got a small but strong brass chain and made a leather strap with a snap button to attach to my belt. No more loosing my wallet.

Needed a 15mm, 10mm, 8mm and a spoke wrench for on road wheel repair with a Sturmey Archer Internal Gear Hub as well as a good quality Allen Key set that is compact and stays together to avoid unnecessary misplaced of any tool after usage, I hacked one out of some good quality surplus tools I had.

Finally today 10thFeb2026,
I have a Sturmey Archer RX-RK5 5 Speed Internal Hub Gear for my 1977 vintage Raleigh 20 Stowaway. I will change the front Chain Ring from 48T to 44T with a 20T rear Cog to give me 28 gear inch to 69 gear inch with a 25% increment.

Spokes arrived and started lacing the 20"(406), 32H double wall Rim to the Sturmey Archer RX-RK5 Internal Gear Hub.
I successfully laced and trued the Rim today.

Took dimensions of the Sturmey Archer RX-RK5 IGH and the 20 inch Alloy Rim to purchase a set of 14G 142mm Spokes to lace up a wheel for my Vintage Raleigh Stowaway.

Cold setting a vintage Raleigh Stowaway dropout from 115mm to 135mm to take a modern multi Gear Casettes of 135mm then a Sturmey Archer RX-RK5 Internal Gear Hub (IGH) also 135mm.

Need to bring along a 15 mm wrench besides an Allen Key set in my Saddle pouch whenever I go cycling on my vintage Raleigh Stowaway that still uses a Sturmey Archer 3 speed AW Hub that uses a 15mm axle nut. Unable to get a small and short 15mm wrench , I customised a made in England Raleigh Multi Tool as one side of the Allen Key set holder.
