Watching this now, it feels like a lifetime ago.

Behind every scar was blood, pain, uncertainty, and countless moments that tested me in ways I never imagined. There were days when giving up felt like the easier choice, but those battles became some of the greatest lessons of my life.

I’m forever grateful—not only for what the journey taught me, but for the people who stood by me when I couldn’t walk.

Those experiences didn’t just shape the athlete I became; they shaped the person I am today. They are also why I aspire to inspire others in this next chapter of my life.

We all have battles we’re fighting every single day, even if they aren’t always visible. If sharing a part of my journey can give just one person a little hope, strength, or the courage to keep going through their own battle today, then this story is worth telling.

Sometimes our greatest struggles become our greatest purpose. 💪

Squash in the Philippines has seen a major change for the future, with the sport providing children with a safe space to play squash, eat meals, and, for some, a space to sleep.

Over the past 18 months, the Philippines Squash Academy has been able to oversee improvements on and off the courts for the next generation of squash players 👏
