Meet the Team Manager for Ching'ombe Girls Football Academy Esnart Suleman. She plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our academy team. She work closely with our coaching staff, players, and parents to ensure the smooth ex*****on of training sessions, matches, and tournaments. She is so passionate about football development, leadership, and empowering young girls, She manages team logistics, including training schedules, match-day preparations, and travel arrangements. She coordinates with coaches, trainers, and other support staff to ensure players receive top-notch guidance and care. Foster positive relationships with players, parents, and guardians, maintaining open communication channels and addressing concerns promptly.
Oversee team administration, including player registration, medical clearance, and equipment management. Collaborate with the academy's management team to develop and implement strategies for player development, recruitment, and retention. Ensure compliance with governing body regulations, academy policies, and safety protocols.
