This is what longevity screening looks like at Rise Fitness:

We look at how your body actually functions right now.

> Strengths + weaknesses

RISE ON REPEAT!

Last Saturday we hosted our 3rd edition of Rise on Repeat and the energy was unreal.

Live in-house DJ .mp3 spinning while you train, plus delicious freshly brewed coffee & snacks from for our community 👊🏼🫶🏻

Rise on Repeat takes place every 8 weeks, turning your morning workout into an experience.

Two sessions running simultaneously, a DJ keeping the vibes high from 7:30am to 10am, and freshly brewed coffee courtesy of .
