Things your pilates instructors wish you knew before your first class - but they make sure you understand that once you join a class:

• You don’t need to be flexible to start.
• Shaking is a good sign - your muscles are working.
• Quality beats speed, moving with intention is key.
• Breathing correctly makes a huge difference.

Remember, every expert was once a beginner. The hardest part is showing up - your strength, confidence and progress will follow. ✨
