LEG DAY π₯π¦΅
Started with leg extensions to warm up and get the quads firing β 3 sets of 10β15 reps.
Then straight into leg press β 3 sets taken to failure, with rest-pause and forced reps to push every last bit of intensity out of the legs π€
Next up: hack squats β 2 brutal sets to failure.
Finished off with leg extensions to completely destroy the quads π₯
Absolutely insane pump and a very nice leg session πͺπ¦΅
No shortcuts. Just intensity.
I saw a guy doing push-ups, and people online decided to attack him because of his gynecomastia.
Keyboard heroes, seriouslyβ¦ get a fu***ng life. ππΌ
You have no idea what someone is going through behind the screen. Your words can hurt more than you think.

You can train hard. You can eat well. You can follow the plan.
But if you're constantly under-hydrated...
Your performance can suffer.
Hydration isn't just about feeling thirsty.
It supports your energy, focus, muscle function and recovery β especially when you're training hard and doing cardio.
And don't forget your electrolytes.
Sodium. Potassium. Magnesium.
Small things that matter when you want to perform at your best.
