🌿Why practice Qigong instead of anything else?

Unlike many other forms of exercise, Qigong focuses not only on the physical body, but also on encouraging the free flow of energy throughout the whole body.
By helping to release stagnation and restore balance, it supports the body's natural ability to heal and function in greater harmony.

For anyone interested, I will be giving an introductory class on Thursday 3 September at Seven Steps in Naxxar at 10.30 am.
Hope to see you there ☯️

🌿Come and join our Summer Qigong class!🌞

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Summer is associated with the Fire element - the energy of warmth, vitality, expansion, joy and connection.

During this class we'll gently activate and build this vibrant Fire energy before guiding it outwards, allowing it to flow freely and release with ease.

If you'd like to join us, send me a PM 🔥❤️🔥

☯️A lot of people ask me...

'What exactly is Qigong?'

The simplest way I describe it is -
A gentle movement practice which combines mind, body and breath.🌿

Many people find it helps them feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to their bodies.

Message me if you'd like to give it a try.

I've been spending more time sharing and teaching Qigong recently and I thought I'd explain a little about what it actually is.

Qigong is a gentle practice that combines movement, breathing, posture and awareness to help support balance, relaxation and wellbeing.

One of the things I love most about it is that it's accessible to so many people, regardless of age, level of fitness or experience.

If you'd like to give it a try, just drop me a message 🌿
