A campaign to raise the profile of women’s basketball in Malta and to encourage more girls to play
Another great HWHR event in Malta last Friday with the 3x3 U13 girls inter school tournament. Thank you to all participating students and teachers and to all referees and table officials. A huge thank you also to Steffi De Martino, Sandro Farrugia and Emma Magrin. Without your help, these tournaments would not be possible.

A very successful U15 girls 3x3 inter-school tournament with a record 16 teams participating!!

3x3 inter-school tournament for U14 girls was held last week as part of the 'Her World, Her Rules Campaign Malta. Great fun for the girls, for the teachers and also for the organisers, who love it when an event turns out so well!!!
A huge thank you to the teachers and students for participating, to coach Sandro Farrugia for all his help, to all the referees and table officials and to HWHR ambassador Steffi De Martino. Another very big thank you to Emergency Malta for providing us with an ambulance and staff during the events.
Over and out for 2025...but wait as we go bigger and better in 2026!!

3x3 inter-school tournament held today for U16 girls. The bad weather did not dampen the vibe. Music, goodies and a photobooth all contributed to a super fun event.
A huge thank you to all that helped out in some way. Without you this would not be possible. And another special thank you to Malta Basketball Association and FIBA who make all of this possible.

The 2024-2025 Her World, Her Rules Campaign Malta kicked off yesterday with a 3x3 coaching clinic for school teachers and coaches. Angela Adamoli, FIBA 3x3 World Champion, and 3x3 National team coach shared coaching practices and 3x3 game rules with the participants.
A big thank you to the students from National Sport School, Malta for assisting in demonstrations.
The next event in this campaign will be inter school U16 3x3 tournaments.
