Congratulations to our Advanced 1 students on achieving Distinctions in their recent examination.

The examination was conducted by Sue Arkle, appointed examiner for the International Sociedad de Danza Española. These outstanding results reflect the hard work and dedication of our students, under the expert guidance of Ms Debbie and Mr Rob.

Our dancers will now begin preparing for their Erasmus mobility this summer as they look forward to undertaking an intensive training programme this January at the Centro de Baile Jerez in Jerez, Spain. We wish them every success as they continue this exciting stage of their Spanish dance journey.

Baby Flamenco is a fun and exciting way for little ones to develop confidence, coordination, balance, rhythm and musicality. Through movement, clapping and music, children improve their posture, concentration, creativity and social skills while enjoying healthy exercise.

Congratulations to Gaia Magri on being awarded a bursary from the International Sociedad de Danza Española.

This well-deserved recognition is a testament to Gaia’s dedication and commitment and will undoubtedly inspire her as she continues to work towards her goals. She is sure to benefit enormously from attending a summer course in Jerez, where she will further develop her skills and immerse herself in the heart of Spanish dance and Flamenco.

Gaia has been a valued student of the Deborah McNamara School of Dance since the tender age of six and has now progressed to Advanced 2. We are incredibly proud of all she has achieved and look forward to watching her continue to flourish.
