Stories. Skills. Screens. ALTFilm was established in 2008 by three enthusiastic day dreaming film lovers. And we got no difficulties, only challenges.

In short time, ALTFilm became one of the main players in Moldovan Culture and definitely the trend changing in the Moldovan cinema, which we are trying to (re)define. We pledged as a training, production, distribution and lobby house. We decided to try all of them and reveal the main difficulties an emerging filmmaker (or a whole industry) would face. Everything else is just portfolio.
