Player Announcement – Fabien Vandler

We are delighted to announce that Fabien Vandler will continue with BBC Bascharage Hedgehogs for the 2026/27 season!

The 19-year-old, 185 cm guard will remain with us for at least one more season after spending last year on loan from Basket Esch. A talented and hard-working young player, Fabien has already built a strong connection with Head Coach Dejan Pavlović, having worked with him for several years.

With his determination, speed, and eagerness to keep improving, we are excited to see Fabien continue his development and make an even bigger impact this season.

New Signing – Philippe Gomez

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Philippe Gomez, who joins BBC Bascharage Hedgehogs for the 2026/27 season!

At 35 years old and 186 cm, Philippe brings valuable experience and maturity to our squad. He joins us from Nilvange Basket, where he has gained plenty of experience and will now take on a new challenge with the Hedgehogs.

We are excited to have Philippe on board and confident that his experience, quality, and team-first mentality will be a great addition to our group.

Player Announcement – Deni Šabotić

We are happy to announce that Deni Šabotić will remain a Hedgehog for the 2026/27 season!

After spending last season with us on loan from Basket Esch, the talented 18-year-old guard (185 cm) will continue his journey in Bascharage for at least one more season.

Deni is a young, motivated player with a great work ethic and a strong desire to improve every day. Having worked with Coach Dejan Pavlović for several years, he is already familiar with the system and brings great energy and commitment to our team.

We are excited to continue supporting Deni’s development and can’t wait to see him take another step forward this season.

We are excited to welcome Eléazare Affa to BBC Bascharage Hedgehogs for the 2026/27 season!

At 22 years old, Eléazare joins us from Alerte Sportive Fondettes Basketball, bringing youth, ambition, and a strong desire to compete. We are confident that his energy, athleticism, and commitment will make him a valuable addition to our squad as we continue building for the future.

We are thrilled to have Eléazare join the Hedgehogs family and look forward to seeing him grow and succeed in our colors.

🏀 Player Announcement – Veljko Dragašević

We are proud to announce that Veljko Dragašević will continue wearing the Hedgehogs jersey for the 2026/27 season, marking his third consecutive season with BBC Bascharage.

At 29 years old, Veljko is one of the most experienced players on our roster. His leadership, professionalism, and competitive mindset make him an important presence both on and off the court. As the team continues to grow with several young players, his experience and guidance will play a key role in their development throughout the season.

Beyond his contribution as a player, Veljko remains fully committed to the club by continuing as the Head Coach of our U18 team. His dedication to developing young talent reflects the values and long-term vision of the club, helping to build a strong connection between our cadet and the senior squad.

We are delighted to have Veljko back for another season and look forward to everything he will contribute both as a player and as a coach.

Head Coach Announcement – Dejan Pavlović

We are delighted to announce that Dejan Pavlović will continue as the Head Coach of our senior team for the 2026/27 season.

After joining the Hedgehogs in January from Esch Basket, Dejan quickly became an important part of our club. This season, he will be fully committed to our project, leading not only the senior team but also taking charge of our U16 and U14 teams.

His dedication to developing both players and the club makes us excited and optimistic for what lies ahead. We are confident that, together, we can continue building a strong future for BBC Bascharage Hedgehogs.

We wish Dejan the very best of luck for the season ahead. Let’s make it a memorable one! 🧡💪🏼
