Part of the photoshoot that happened last week.

This one in Pooja Kana villa, Habaraduwa.

While the afternoon session was hold in Galle Fort, the morning was nested in nature...,
With a session in the yoga shala and another in the pool.

Different instruments for land and water use, which means that everything needed to be taken up and down from the car to the venues. Obviosuly I got a little help, but that's good exercise!

A meditative and immersive sound journey into the Earth’s pulse,
Through the reimagined voices of Nature's sounds & live-looped healing instruments.

From ambient stillness to blossoming rhythms,
This slow-building sonic ritual weaves healing tones, natural textures, and rhythms & into a crescendo of sonic life.

This performance invites the audience into a deep listening experience; an awakening of inner resonance and a reconnection with the wild within.

This was a super inspiring session, taking the "sound bath" to its literal meaning ;)

We tried a few different activities, combining sounds and water explorations.

It was at times fun, deeply relaxing, interactive and educative, with a lot of surrender to the curious child mind, and on the other side, the meditative and imaginative heart brain,
Also working with the physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual aspects of water.

The interesting thing in terms of using sounds and vibrations in water is that it makes the whole
Experience completely different:
1. Vibrations carry so much better and stronger in water than in air, so you feel it through your sense of touch
2. Instruments sound totally different when played in water, or listened to with the ears underneath the surface...

The workshop was performed a few weeks ago for , who chose Sri Lanka for their 2025 retreat abroad.
Thanks for the trust and for the good times.

And thanks Sharon
For the loving welcoming as usual

Thanks to , I decided to propose my first short sound healing crash course in my small rooftop .

Best idea ever, thanks man!🙏

After 10 years of practice, many online and in-person trainings, I thought it was actually the best time to do it (and will do it again!)

We learnt about cymatics, psychoacoustics, resonance, entrainment, frequencies, overtones, intervals, Quantum and indigenous knowledge, the science and the magic, healing specs of sound in body, mind, emotions, spirit and biofield, various types of sound baths and few small practices with resonance, voice and instruments.

I think we all enjoyed it, and I didn't feel stressed even a minute during the whole weekend!!

I started a daily sound practice a couple of months ago.
It includes various aspects and angles that connect everything together;
From attuning the self, to research & learning, composing, co-creating, combining sounds & instruments, etc.

This one is an exercise that I like and that I called Tuning to the state of resonance.
I do it by merging my voice (in the form of sustained tones, usually vowels)
with the healing frequency(ies) I'm hearing.

When frequencies are matched,
resonance happens,
and when resonance happens,
you can hear your voice suddenly louder,
somehow supercharged,
to the point that you don't only feel it it the voice, but in the whole body and field!

And it doesn't happen because I have a big bowl on my head carrying extra vibrations;
it works just as well with tuning Forks not touching the body!

On top of being very pleasurable, it is also super quickly very calming, gives a sense of serene inner peace, centering and clarity.
I'm sure it does much more, but that's what I fee, even just after a few minutes only...

Try it for yourself!
