You won’t always feel like working out. And that’s normal.

Your mood affects your motivation, but it doesn’t have to decide whether you move. Once you start, exercise can naturally shift your mood by releasing endorphins and other feel-good chemicals in the brain. Sometimes you just need to get through the first 10 minutes before your mind catches up with your body. Showing up on the days you don’t feel like it is where the habit gets built.

So don’t wait until you’re in the mood. Just start. 💚
Baréa is there to make that first step easier.

Bring Baréa home and movement will easily become part of your everyday. 🤸 DM to place your orders.
