It’s Parent Appreciation Week at Apex! Parents are invited into the gym to experience their child's class up close. Watch the skills, the progress, and the hard work. We’ll have a designated seating area just for parents. Come cheer them on and capture the memories!

While most of us have been enjoying the holiday weekend, today was podium training day for Karthik and Justin in Rio, Brazil.

A huge congratulations to Alison Laidler, (Motions Unlimited Gymnastics Cayman Islands) and Maddy Gutu, Yesenia Marrero, and Kyle Perry (Apex Gymnastics - Cayman Islands) on successfully completing their USA Gymnastics Compulsory Levels 1–5 Judging Certification!

This is an important step in developing qualified officials and strengthening gymnastics in the Cayman Islands.

And they’re off!

Gymnasts Sienna Santiago and Justin Spencer, with their coaches Alison Laidler and Kyle Perry, have begun their journey to Rio, Brazil for the Pan American Artistic Gymnastics Championships, where they’ll join teammate Karthik Adapa on the ground. Traveling with the team is physiotherapist Rose Watt, helping keep everyone strong and competition ready.

From Cayman to the continental stage! We’re behind you all the way. Let’s go team! 🇰🇾💪
