Dr. Alsheryani holds a Doctorate and a Professional Master’s Degree in Institutional Innovation and Digital Transformation, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the United Arab Emirates University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach (MCS ACC & MCS PCC), and an ICF-accredited Coach Educator.

With more than 20 years of professional experience and over 3,000 professional coaching sessions, she has empowered leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and coaches through high-impact coaching, mentor coaching, leadership development, and coach education while upholding the highest ICF standards of ethics and excellence.

سبعة أشهر من الاحتلال الغاشم الذي لم تنكسر فيها إرادة الأمة، بل تجلت فيها أروع ملاحم الصمود والتلاحم التاريخي بين الشعب الكويتي الوفي وقيادته الحكيمة. ظل رمز البقاء والولاء ينبض في عروق كل مواطن دافع عن وطنه بدمه وروحه في الداخل والخارج. لقد كانت تلك الشهور السوداء امتحاناً لصبر الأبطال، فخرجت منها الكويت أكثر قوة وصلابة، متسلحة بذكرى شهدائها الأبرار الذين روت دماؤهم الزكية أرض الوطن لتبقى رايته خفاقة وعالية فوق كل ترابها الطاهر. لن ننسى أبداً تلك التضحيات العظيمة التي ستظل محفورة في وجدان الأجيال المتعاقبة كعلامة فارقة للبطولة والوفاء. 🇰🇼

Seven months of brutal occupation could not break the indomitable will of a resilient nation, instead revealing the most magnificent epics of steadfastness and historical unity between the loyal people of Kuwait and their wise leadership. The spirit of survival and fierce loyalty pulsed through the veins of every citizen who defended their homeland with blood and soul, both at home and abroad. Those dark months served as the ultimate test of endurance, from which Kuwait emerged stronger, more resilient, and fortified by the memory of its righteous martyrs whose pure blood watered the sacred soil to keep the national flag flying high. We will never forget these great sacrifices, which remain permanently etched in the conscience of successive generations as a defining milestone of heroism and unwavering loyalty. 🇰🇼
