Hello y'all!

I have been a little quiet on here lately. I am still in Canada spending some much needed time with family, while also working away behind the scenes on a few exciting things for my business. I can't wait to share more when the time is right!

In the meantime, here's your little reminder for the week...

You don't have to do everything. Just do something.

A walk. Lift some weights. Even a 10 minute stretch is awesome. Choose a healthier meal. Small actions, repeated consistently, are what create lasting change.

Quick update y'all ☺️

I will be heading back to Canada from the end of May until the end of July, so I have just two more weeks available here in Phnom Penh for both PT and group sessions.

If you are looking for a solid push before I go, message me ASAP to lock something in. Spaces are limited.

Canada crew 🇨🇦 (GTA area): I will be available for PT and corrective exercise sessions while I am back. If you have been dealing with injuries or osteo related issues, or want to build strength safely, send me a message to book ahead.

Happy Friday!

As we head into the weekend, here is a reminder: Training matters… but so does recovery.

If you have the energy, get in a session, go for a walk, or lift something a little heavier than last week. If your body is asking for rest, listen. Rest days are where the magic happens. That is when your body rebuilds, gets stronger, and even adapts to all the hard work you have been putting in.

Balance is key! Train hard. Recover well. Repeat.
