My name is Lucy Dudko, and this is my official public comment regarding the recent digital incident that has raised questions among many people.
At the present time, the website that caused concern is no longer visible and is not functioning. It has been taken down or technically blocked, and it does not pose an active threat. However, the investigation into the circumstances of its appearance is ongoing. I am cooperating with relevant professional and competent authorities, including within an international framework.
I believe it is important to clarify the broader context.
I am the mother of three children with severe disabilities, and any form of digital attack, defamation, or pressure in such a situation goes far beyond a simple online conflict. It directly affects the safety, dignity, and protection of vulnerable individuals and my family.
On November 10, I officially identified the problematic digital content and submitted a formal complaint, properly documenting the situation.
Ten days later, on November 20, I noticed digital activity that became a key signal for me. At that time, I identified indirect digital traces associated with my former stepdaughter, Mel Henderson.
What made this moment significant is that over many previous years, no similar behavior had ever occurred. Such activity was entirely uncharacteristic and inconsistent with all prior patterns. The timing — shortly after my formal complaint — and the deviation from past behavior led me to treat this episode with particular attention.
I want to clearly emphasize: I am not making public accusations, and I am not drawing final conclusions. All dates, facts, and digital data are being documented and are intended to be evaluated exclusively within official legal procedures.
Given the complex family history, past conflicts, pressure, and inheritance-related issues, I have legitimate grounds to believe that this situation may be connected to individuals from my past environment. Nevertheless, the truth must be established through documentation and investigation, not emotions.
My position remains firm and unchanged: I act calmly, lawfully, and consistently, protecting my reputation and, above all, my children.
