*HOW THE BARBERSHOP SERVES AS A PILLAR TO THE COMMUNITY*

Your barbershop is not just a business. It’s a *pillar* because it holds up 3 key areas of the community:

*1. ECONOMIC PILLAR - Jobs & Skills*
We train young people in barbering. This gives them a skill, dignity, and income so they don’t turn to crime or idleness.
_Every haircut creates opportunity._

*2. SOCIAL PILLAR - Safe Space for Youth*
The shop is a meeting point. While we cut hair, we also mentor, counsel, and talk about discipline, school, and making right choices.
_We build character, not just hairstyles._

*3. COMMUNITY PILLAR - Support & Mercy*
Proceeds from the barbershop go directly to:
- *Sports*: Funding soccer, boxing, and skating for UhuruSportiff Academy to keep youth off the streets
- *Basic Needs*: Food, school items, and sanitary support for less fortunate children in the outskirts of Nairobi

We tried to setup a barbershop but machines let us down very old broke down
