RE: UNFAIR OFFICIATION FROM THE REFEREES.
I am writing to express serious concerns about the recent behavior of referees posted to officiate yesterday tournament held at Chelelach Primary which end up significantly undermining our team's performance and jeopardizing the positive sportsmanship we strive for.

Specifically, They didn't give us a time of rest instead they forced us to run the three matches consecutively direct to the final with the team that played only one match as they usedthey a statement that"DON'T WORRY TWO TEAMS WILL QUALIFY FOR THE ZONAL LEVEL". L This unfair officiation displayed a blatant disregard for team rules, instructions, and respect towards our team.
This behavior is not only unacceptable on the field but is also detrimental to the overall team morale and this end up leading to a lot of injuries to our players .
I request that you take immediate action to address this issue to your coordinators as we would not take it lightly if not solved.
I am committed to fostering a disciplined and supportive team environment, and I believe prompt intervention is crucial to rectify this situation.
