Today marked the beginning of something meaningful as we officially kicked off the Thrive 360 Degrees Program with our introduction class.
Led by the inspiring Coach Irene Elijah, the session set the tone for a journey of wholesome wellness, personal growth, and deeper alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.
One of the highlights of today’s session was a powerful reminder:
“God can talk to you through you.”

In Social wellness I say, You have to have such a good relationship with You first, then, and only then is when you get to look out for the people to connect with 🙏

Yesterday, I had a conversation that left me thinking deeply about the power of friendships and connections.
Sometimes, we admire certain opportunities, spaces, experiences, or levels of growth, and we wonder, “How do I get there?”
The truth is, some doors are opened because someone knows someone. Sometimes, what we need is not another qualification, another strategy, or another application, we simply need the right person to connect us to the right opportunity.
And that made me realize something:
We need to pray for good friendships.
Not just friends to laugh with, socialize with, or pass time with.
We need friends who will see something in us that we sometimes don't see in ourselves.
Friends who will introduce us to rooms we didn't know existed.
Friends who will say, “I know someone you need to meet.”
Friends who will challenge us, guide us, encourage us, correct us, and genuinely desire to see us become all that God has called us to be.
Because sometimes, your next opportunity may be connected to a relationship you haven't built yet.
So today, my prayer is:
Lord, bring the right people into my life.
Bring me friendships that are intentional, genuine and aligned with Your purpose.
Connect me with people who will open the right doors, make the right introductions, share wisdom, challenge me to grow and walk with me through different seasons of life.
And Lord, make me that kind of friend to others too.
Help me not only to ask, “Who can help me?” but also, “Whose life can I help change?”
May we never underestimate the power of a God-ordained connection.
The right friendship can change your perspective.
The right relationship can change your trajectory.
The right connection can introduce you to a door you were never able to find on your own.
May God give us the wisdom to recognize the right people, the courage to build meaningful relationships, and the discernment to know which relationships are meant to stay.
May He connect us to people who will lead us closer to purpose, not further away from it. 🙏🏽

The highlights;

✍️Challenges are part of the journey..
“...along with persecutions, and in the age to come, eternal life.” Mark 10:29–30

✍️Some seasons are difficult, but they are not permanent.
✍️When life gets tough; Don’t allow the challenge to define you.
✍️Your current location is not your final destination.
✍️ Learn to ask, “What is God teaching me through this? & Pick the lessons.
✍️Don’t face the battle alone-seek God and the right people.
✍️When you cannot control the situation, control your response.
✍️Keep your focus on God, not just on the problem.
✍️Pray, listen, and do what He tells you to do.
✍️ Remember what God has already brought you through.
✍️Allways remember; there is purpose beyond the pain.
✍️Don’t judge the story while you are still in the middle of the chapter - God is still writing.
