The MVP race hasn’t had much shake up since the first leg and Gift Fidel is still on the lead to the race.

𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗘-𝗨𝗣 🔥🏀

The Power Rankings have remained relatively stable, but the second leg is already bringing some movement among the league’s top teams.

After sitting at the top throughout the entire first leg, Kicks Kenya Basketball have slipped to 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 after being overtaken by LEGACY BASKETBALL, who have come out firing to start the second leg. 📈

Langata Bronx have also climbed into 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 following their weekend victory, continuing their rise as the second leg gets underway. NIBS BASKETBALL have dropped a position to the 5th as thei continue to strive for the top.

Meanwhile, Kitui Township continue to dominate, holding on to the 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 spot in the men’s Power Rankings. 👑

There’s been no movement in the women’s top five this week.

Lady Rebels remain firmly at 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭, with True basketball Academy Africa (TBAA )⛹️‍♀️ holding second. Lionesses stay in third, Gladiators🏀 remain fourth, while 🌼STAR GIRLS🌼 complete the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟱.

The second leg is only getting started, and the race at the top is already heating up. 🔥

From clutch performances to dominant scoring displays, All-Stars across the league stepped up for their respective teams, carrying the energy and excitement of All-Star Weekend straight into league action.

It was a day filled with masterclasses, statement performances and big moments from players determined to prove that their All-Star recognition was no coincidence.

Gift Fidel is carrying the All-Star momentum straight into league action with his 13 points in the game.

After putting on an electric performance in the All-Star Game, Fidel made another statement, leading Embakasi Pride past Don Bosco Savio Basketball after trailing at halftime.

Fidel was the difference-maker when it mattered most, stepping up to lead Pride’s comeback and secure the win. 💪🏾

The performance was even more impressive considering no other player on either side reached double figures.

Fresh off her All-Star debut, Roselyn Onala continues to show exactly why she belongs among the league’s best.

Onala put together a spectacular performance, dropping 20 points and grabbing 5 rebounds to lead Mizizi past Deaf Queens and power her side to victory. 🔥

She got valuable support from Prudence Ngeno, who added 16 points to the winning effort.

For Deaf Queens, Mercy Jerono led the way with 12 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Mizizi’s offensive charge.

Queen B🐝s Women Basketball Club survived a thriller, edging out the young and energetic NuruBasketballAcademy by just 1 point in a nail-biter that went down to the wire.

Despite playing with just five women, Queen Bs showed incredible composure and resilience, keeping Nuru at bay long enough to secure the narrow victory. 💪🏾

Joyce Awuor was the difference-maker, putting up 17 points to lead Queen Bs to the win and become the talk of the game.

Nuru pushed right back, with Lynn Angela matching Awuor’s 17 points, while All-Star Mariel Mwongeri added 13 in a valiant effort.

After back-to-back losses, Kicks Kenya Basketball bounced back in style with a clean win over Neighbourhood Basketball Academy.

Kevin Ojongo stepped up when his team needed him most, putting up 14 points to lead Kicks to victory and help turn the page on their recent struggles. 💪🏾

Neighbourhood had strong individual performances of their own, with Martin Mayen leading all scorers with 16 points and Bedan James adding 14.

But it was Kicks who had the final say, snapping their losing streak and getting back to winning basketball.
