Clean eating is about sustainability. ESP if you’re working to lose weight or lose belly fat… indeed, there are foods to avoid e.g. chapati, but once you gain momentum, self-discipline, and consistency, there’s a way you can bring them back in. Of course eating them mindfully and not too much or too frequent.

Auntie duties, laughter, good food… the kind of moments that make it all worth it.
This is wellness too: the balance, the joy, the simple meals in between… And for me, this is how real, sustainable results happen💫✨… even in fitness, wellness, fat loss, muscle gain, work, business…you name it… and also part of why I eat clean and stay fit; to be healthy, strong, and active enough to be present for them.

😭😭😭😭 It’s shocking and painful to accept.. Rest In Peace Dominic; a collague, a peer who was also an advisor, and above all a true friend…. Praying for your young family.
