An expert welder is not the person who asks others to adjust the machine every time.

An expert already understands the position, the rod, the current, and the technique before starting the job.

Remember: Not every master learned everything in a classroom. Many became masters by practising, studying, and teaching themselves.

The day you can teach another welder, you have already become a teacher yourself.
