🇰🇪⚽ FROM KOMBANI TO THE NATIONAL STAGE WITH JOY AND HUMILITY.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Head Coach, Mukasa Amboko who has once again earned a place on the Rising Stars National Under-15 Technical Bench.

The team is currently at Kabarak University, putting in the final preparations ahead of the CAF African Schools Football Championship in Kigali, Rwanda.

This marks his second stint with the National Under-15 team, following his first appointment last year, a clear testament to his dedication, expertise and commitment to nurturing young football talent.

Our journey at the 2026 Coast Regional Secondary School Games ended in heartbreaking fashion after a penalty shootout defeat to Kajembe in the semi-finals. We may have missed out on the national championships, but this Lionesses team leaves the tournament with heads held high after rewriting the record books.

Our remarkable achievements:
🏆 Highest-scoring team in the tournament – 13 goals in 5 matches.
🧱 Zero goals conceded throughout the competition. 👟 Pendo Kitsao finished as the tournament's top scorer with 7 goals in just 4 matches, before unfortunately limping off injured in the semi-final.

Mwaka Kavu kept 5 consecutive clean sheets, conceding 0 goals in 5 matches. A Golden Glove-worthy campaign.
Mwaka's story is one of the most inspiring. Until early February this year, she was a centre-back. Following an injury crisis that ruled out our two goalkeepers, she was converted into a goalkeeper. By early May, she had earned the number one spot through hard work, determination and outstanding performances. Credit goes to Coach Sammy Musebe for his vision and excellent coaching.
