Jephtha Marcos Okiring was one of our most dependable defenders during the 2025/26 National Super League campaign.

Unlike in our Division One season where at some point he was considered surplus and missed important matches, Okiring fought hard to cement his place in the travelling squad before elevating his performances to earn a regular spot in the starting XI.

He made his National Super League debut in a 2-1 defeat away to Naivas FC in Nairobi but responded impressively in the following fixture against Kibera Blackstars at home, where he delivered a commanding display and was deservedly voted Man of the Match.

The former Compel SC defender was named in 31 matchday squads, featuring in 23 league matches and helping the team keep 13 clean sheets.

His height may not fit the traditional profile of a centre-back, but one thing is certain you rarely beat Mnyama in an aerial duel. It almost feels like nature accepted his prolonged defiance of gravity.

Disciplinewise, the Bukembe Boys' High School prodigy was only booked twice the entire season.

Erick Chetambe Namasaka was exceptionally good for us during the 2025/26 National Super League season.

Nicknamed "King Kai" by his teammates an alias inspired by his style of play and the resemblance of his jersey number (29) to that of Arsenal and Germany international Kai Havertz; the budding attacking midfielder made a significant impact, scoring six goals and providing three assists in the 35 matches he featured in for the club.

The St. Teresa's Boys High School – Kabula alumnus has continued to show remarkable growth since joining The Blue Eagles from Real Busia Academy in August 2024, taking his overall tally to 16 goals for the club.

Namasaka further proved his value by earning the trust of head coach Jeffers Odongo as his first-choice attacking midfielder majorly in the second half of the campaign.

In his debut season in Kenya's second tier, he clocked an impressive 2,372 minutes, underlining his importance to the team.

As if that wasn't enough, he also finished the season as the club's Most Disciplined Player, completing the entire campaign without receiving a single yellow or red card; a true testament to his composure, discipline, and professionalism.

Wattstak Mutsami was the club's second-most featured player and the man who clocked the most minutes for the Blue Eagles during the 2025/26 National Super League campaign.

The deep-lying midfield anchor featured in 37 of the 38 league matches, playing 3,317 minutes all as a starter.

He also chipped in with three goals, all coming from second balls off set-pieces, while providing immense leadership by captaining the side in 21 league matches.

Alfred Ratolo was the only player to feature in all 38 National Super League matches for the club last season.

The youthful forward netted 12 goals and provided 4 assists in what was his debut campaign in Kenya's second tier.

He scored both our first and last goals of the season and they both came against Luanda Villa SC.

The past months have been a profound reminder that God works even through our most difficult seasons. What began as a journey through sickness became a journey of restoration—physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Pain taught me not to take life's simple blessings for granted: the ability to walk, to work, to laugh, and to simply wake up each day. In the quiet moments, God reshaped my perspective, strengthened my faith, and reminded me that every setback can become preparation for a greater purpose.
My heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Sanjeev and the incredible team at Hindu Center for their professionalism, care, and unwavering commitment throughout my treatment. Thank you to my family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who stood with me—whether through a prayer, a phone call, a visit, a word of encouragement, or quiet acts of kindness. Your love and support carried me through more than you will ever know.
Above all, I give thanks to God. Thank You not only for the healing, but for the process. Thank You for the pain that deepened my faith, the solitude that refined my character, and the restoration that has given me a fresh appreciation for life, purpose, and service. And now, as I prepare to take up a new assignment and embrace a new career opportunity to serve, I can only marvel at the completeness of God's restoration.
