๐จ THE RECORD HAS FALLEN! ๐คฏ๐
Josh Kerr has shattered the 27-year-old menโs mile world record by clocking a staggering time of 3:42.66. Running in front of an ecstatic home crowd at the London Diamond League, the 28-year-old British runner eclipsed the legendary mark of 3:43.13.
The previous mark was set by Morocco's great Hicham El Guerrouj on July 7, 1999โa record many believed would never be broken.
Kerr's "Project 222" has become a reality, delivering one of the greatest performances in track and field history. ๐๐ฅ

๐๐พโโ๏ธโค๏ธ Some people run to beat others. Some run to lift others.
During a marathon in 2010, Jacqueline Nyetipei Kiplimo was in position to win the race and take home a $10,000 prize.
Then she noticed a disabled runner [Ren Yao] struggling to drink water at the hydration stations. In that moment, she faced a choice: chase victory or choose compassion.
She chose compassion.
For many kilometers, she stayed by his side, helping him drink water and encouraging him to keep going. The time she spent helping him cost her first place.
She crossed the finish line second. She lost the prize money.
But while another athlete won the race, she won something far more valuable, the admiration of people around the world.
Years later, most of us don't remember who came first. We remember the woman who refused to leave someone behind.
The true measure of greatness is not how far ahead we get, but how willing we are to help others reach the finish line.
What do you think? would you have made the same choice?
