Layunin po nito ang magkaroon ng full transparency, upang malaman ng lahat ng players kung saan nanggagaling, paano ginagamit, at saan napupunta ang ating entry fees.

Ang ating liga ay para sa maayos, patas, at magandang palaro—hindi para sa gambling o betting. Kaya sisiguraduhin po natin na magiging malinaw at transparent ang ating financial records at ang paggamit ng bawat contribution, upang maiwasan ang anumang misunderstanding at mapanatili ang tiwala at respeto ng bawat isa.
